Welcome to the Noir+ Service, provided by UNMUTEDCO LLC ("we", "us", "our"). The "Noir+ Service" includes the Noir+ website, applications, and/or other methods for accessing the service through various platforms and devices — as well as the content available therein. These Subscription Terms govern your use of the Noir+ Service (collectively, the "Noir+ Terms").
We may change the Noir+ Terms at any time. Unless otherwise provided, changes shall be effective immediately for new users or subscribers. For existing subscribers, changes will be effective thirty (30) days following posting. If you do not agree to the Noir+ Terms, you must cancel your subscription and discontinue use of the Noir+ Service.
Noir+ Account Information
You can access and edit specific details regarding your subscription — including your Payment Method — by visiting your account settings. If you obtained your subscription through a third party distributor, access and editing of subscription details are subject to that third party's terms.
Age Limitations
You must be 18 years of age to subscribe to the Noir+ Service. Persons under 18 may access the Noir+ Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian through the parent or legal guardian's account. You acknowledge that by using the Noir+ Service, you may be exposed to content you find objectionable, and it is your sole responsibility to determine whether content is suitable for you.

Payment & Fees
Your subscription automatically renews until cancelled. When you subscribe and provide a Payment Method, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method the subscription fee, along with any applicable taxes or transaction fees. Your Payment Method will be charged at the start of your subscription and on an ongoing basis on the day immediately following the end of each prior billing period, unless you cancel.
The monthly subscription billing period is thirty (30) days from the date your Payment Method is charged. We reserve the right to change the subscription fee at any time following notice to you. If you do not accept a fee change, you may cancel your subscription.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INTERNET ACCESS CHARGES. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER FOR INFORMATION ON POSSIBLE INTERNET DATA USAGE CHARGES.
No Refunds
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. EVEN IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF YOUR ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR ANY PORTION OF THE FEES FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT PERIOD.
In rare circumstances, we may provide a credit, refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all subscribers at our sole discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not obligate us to provide credits in the future.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you obtained your subscription through a third party, you must follow that third party's cancellation instructions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period — you will retain access through that date but will not receive a refund.
FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS, UNMUTEDCO LLC WILL NOTIFY YOU AT LEAST 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR ANNUAL RENEWAL DATE.
Unpaid Amounts
If your Payment Method is declined, (1) you remain liable for all amounts owed plus any collection costs; (2) you authorize us to continue charging your Payment Method; and (3) we may suspend or terminate your subscription.
Promotional Offers
Promo Codes: Promotional codes may be redeemed as described in the applicable promotion. Codes can only be used once, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other offers.
Promotional Periods: We may provide promotional offers including free or reduced-cost access for a limited time at our sole discretion. If you do not cancel before the Promotional Period ends, you authorize us to begin your paying subscription automatically.
IF YOUR PROMOTIONAL PERIOD IS 7 DAYS OR LESS, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF THE END DATE IN YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT EMAIL. FOR PROMOTIONAL PERIODS GREATER THAN 7 DAYS, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IN BOTH THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT EMAIL AND AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE END DATE.
Maximum Streams
You may use a maximum of three simultaneous streams at any time, regardless of the number of devices permitted. We may change this limit at any time at our sole discretion.
Temporary Download & Offline Viewing
Some content is available for temporary download and offline viewing on certain supported devices with certain subscription plans. Limitations apply, including restrictions on the number of offline titles, maximum devices, viewing windows, and duration. Offline titles are not playable outside the Covered Territory.
Territory Restrictions
These Noir+ Terms apply only to subscriptions purchased in the United States (the "Covered Territory") by subscribers physically residing there at the start of their subscription. You may only use the Noir+ Service in your Covered Territory for personal, non-commercial purposes. We use your billing information and other technologies to determine your location. If we are unable to determine your location, we may be unable to provide access to certain features or content.
Quality of Service
Display quality may vary by device and may be affected by your location and internet speed. Certain live feed content is subject to brief delay and may be edited or paused on occasion. UNMUTEDCO LLC makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your watching experience.
Updates & Changes to the Service
UNMUTEDCO LLC reserves the right to test and/or implement updates and changes to the Noir+ Service — including features, plans, promotions, and pricing — with some or all users at any time. Additional terms for such changes will be provided prior to implementation.
Service Communications
We may send you information relating to your account and the Noir+ Service in electronic form only (via email to the address registered for your account). These service communications are not marketing communications and will be sent even if you have opted out of marketing emails. If you do not want these emails, you may cancel your Noir+ subscription.
Third Party Subscriptions
If you subscribe through a third party distributor, you will be billed by that third party in accordance with their billing terms. Noir+ Terms related to purchasing, billing, cancellation, and refunds do not apply to third party subscriptions. To cancel, follow the instructions provided by that third party.
Account Deletion Policy
To delete your account: log in to your NoirPlus account → Account Settings → "Account Delete". Account deletion is immediate, automatic, and cannot be reversed. No backup or recovery options are available.
Data affected by deletion: user profile information, subscription details and history, viewing history and preferences, saved content and playlists, account settings, and payment information. Certain data may be retained in system backups for up to 30 days. Legal compliance records may be maintained as required by law.
Account deletion does not entitle users to refunds. All access to NoirPlus content ceases immediately. This policy complies with relevant data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
